The young Peos family will continue to follow the family winemaking traditions however will look to position this range as a more modern and contemporary offering that appeals to their generation of wine drinkers and beyond. The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night and every decision made during the meticulous winemaking process places maintaining fruit freshness front of mind. It brims with ripe citrus stone fruit and melon flavours. Bright straw with a pale green hue. Lime zest grapefruit hint of floral spice.
